The hospital challenged us: create a state of the art web site which would deftly serve both internal needs of doctors and external needs of pet owners, and which would improve both communication and customer service while freeing up valuable staff time.

MadWolf started with a requirements study to ensure the development of a site which, when completed, would achieve these goals and remain adaptable to changing future needs. MWD created a new website and intranet for the Shippensburg Animals Hospital (SAH), based on the DotNetNuke CMS. The site interfaces with SAH’s hospital management system to provide targeted newsletters and email notifications to its subscribers. The intranet part of the site constitutes the hospital’s internal platform for communication, time recording, patient tracking and document exchange.

We are currently working to expand the site to offer online scheduling of patient appointments and my.site functionality
