Doug founded MWT in 1996.  An experienced and committed entrepreneur, Doug has over 25 years of experience in developing data driven, interactive software applications for public and private sector clients.  Prior to founding MWT, Doug lead development teams at The World Bank, the IMF, and U.S. Department of Defense.  His countless projects have included E-learning systems, loan portfolio tools, grant management platforms, risk evaluation tools, communications messaging protocols for the Air Defense of the Persian Gulf, and subscription internet applications for Fortune 100 companies.  Doug specializes in creating software solutions involving the interplay between technology and public policy.  He graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University (Pittsburgh, PA).

                 Steven Parker

Steve heads MWT’s security practice and IT Team.  In addition, he is responsible for MWT’s infrastructure, ensuring 99.999% operational uptime and the integrity of client data.  Steve’s expertise encompasses many programming languages and the disciplines of Internet Security, Virtualization, Systems Analysis, Administration, Data Migration, and Network Design.  He holds a number of industry recognized certifications.  Prior to joining MWT, Steve was IT Director with Groom Law Group and a part of the IT organization at Hilton Hotels International.  He holds a BS Degree in Broadcast Technology from Weber State University (Ogden, UT).
