Doug founded MadWolf Technologies in 1996.  MadWolf is Doug's second successful IT organization that he founded and developed into a profitable provider of IT Services.  An experienced and committed entrepreneur, Doug has over 25 years of experience in developing data driven interactive software applications for public and private sector clients.  Prior to founding MadWolf, Doug lead development teams at The World Bank, the IMF, and US Department of Defense.  E-learning and loan portfolio tools, grant management platform, risk evaluation tools, communications messaging protocols for Air Defense of Persian Gulf, and subscription internet applications for Fortune 100 companies are some of the projects that Doug lead and directly contributed to.  His expertise is sought out for his clear delivery of complex software solutions which involve the interplay of technology and policy.  Doug graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University (Pittsburgh, PA).

                 Steven Parker
                VP, Information Security and Infrastructure

Steve heads MadWolf’s security practice.  Steve’s team is also responsible for firm’s infrastructure ensuring 99.999% operational uptime and the integrity of client data.  Steve’s expertise encompasses many programming languages and the disciplines of Internet Security, Virtualization, Systems Analysis, Administration, Data Migration, and Network Design.  Steve holds a number of industry recognized certifications.  Prior to joining MadWolf, Steve was IT Director with Groom Law Group and a part of the IT organization at Hilton Hotels International.  Steve holds a BS Degree in Broadcast Technology from Weber State University (Ogden, UT).
