MadWolf is participating in the upcoming Give an Hour Gala on May 23, 2012. Doug Wolfire, president of MadWolf Technologies has been, for the last 5 years been serving on the Board of Directors for Give an Hour. Give an Hour (GAH), a national nonprofit organization that provides free mental health services to military personnel and their families, is proud to host its inaugural gala event on May 23, 2012, at the Mandarin Oriental in Washington, D.C. Jean Case, CEO of the Case Foundation, will be our honoree. Jean Case's life's work exemplifies our theme, A Celebration of Service.  In addition we will honor two veterans who have worked to raise awareness about the issues facing military men, women and their families:  Jennifer Crane, OEF Veteran and Justin Constantine, OIF Veteran.  World renowned journalists Cokie & Steve Roberts, will serve as the evening's Masters of Ceremony.  Musical guest is Jason Isbell. MadWolf Cloud Commander

Cloud Commander The Cloud Commander (CC) is envisioned to assist in Planning and Migration of business systems to Cloud environments, and then as a life-cycle system continuing to Monitor and Manage Cloud applications and performance by providing Quality of Service (QoS) operations across all commercial Cloud environments.  The reporting features of the QoS will allow clients to balance their usage requirements, and effectively report on application and provider SLA metrics, possibly allowing for cost recovery.  CC will essentially allow clients to know what they are paying for. Microsoft to Acquire Skype

Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq: “MSFT”) and Skype Global S.à r.l today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Microsoft will acquire Skype, the leading Internet communications company, for $8.5 billion in cash from the investor group led by Silver Lake. The agreement has been approved by the boards of directors of both Microsoft and Skype.
