10/02/2009 MadWolf Technologies Earns Microsoft’s SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) Certification

Washington, D.C. – October 2, 2009 - MadWolf Technologies, a Managed Services Company, announced today that it has earned Microsoft’s SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) certification. This is an important recognition of MadWolf’s expanding SharePoint development expertise. This highly specialized and involving certification confirms MadWolf’s position as Mid-Atlantic’s leading developer of SharePoint applications.

SDPS benefits are available to all Microsoft’s customers who purchased Software Assurance packages. These benefits provide for a structured, best-practices approach to deploying Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) by Microsoft certified partners. Eligible customers are entitled to service vouchers which can be applied to offset the cost of MOSS deployment. Customers can also convert their training vouchers into service vouchers to further increase the value of their SDPS benefits.

The certification process includes rigorous testing in many areas of MOSS deployment and development as well as in MOSS infrastructure scoping and security design. It ensures that only most advanced Microsoft partners who invested significant resources into building their SharePoint programs are eligible to deliver solutions under SDPS.

“This certification represents a significant recognition of the depth and breadth of MadWolf’s expertise as a SharePoint developer,” said Ken Hanscomb, MadWolf’s Technical Sales. “It is also a tremendous win for our customers who can now take advantage of the financial benefits offered by the SDPS program to reduce the cost and time-to-completion of their SharePoint projects. Simply put, SharePoint development projects delivered by MadWolf will now cost less to our customers, will be completed faster, and will follow Microsoft approved best-practices approach for well-rounded, robust implementations. Without doubt, this is a tremendous accomplishment for MadWolf's Professional Services practice.”
