Position Domino / MS Network Administrator

Skills

• Mid-level (minimum 5 years technical computer support experience)
• MS Windows Administration and Lotus Domino Administration R6.5 required
• MSCE and pCLP with Deltek Vision experience preferred
• Successful candidate must demonstrate basic network skills, including. TCP/IP, routing, firewalls and back-up/recovery experience
• Security Clearance is not a requirement for this position.
  

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Domino Network Administrator and Client Support Specialist is the technical day-to-day support of the MadWolf Technologies' clients computer systems. This multi-faceted role entails cross tier support of system administration, network knowledge, business applications, e-mail system and filters, virus detection systems, firewalls, printers, PDAs, conduits and remote access systems and technology.

Individual must be self-motivated and willing to interact with clerical, mangement and Chief level staff, yet be a team player able to work independently.

Great customer service skills and good oral and written communications skills highly recommended.

• Resolve all tier level staff workstation (desktops & laptops) issues
• Understanding and resolving e-mail related issues, including SPAM and remote access (VPN)
• Maintain Security systems (Firewalls)
• Back-up LAN systems
• Maintain servers and upgrading systems
• Build-up and configure wireless services
• Advise regarding purchase/install/update of software & hardware
• Maintain computer and domain inventory control
• Renew annual maintenance agreements & software licenses
• Maintenance of Domain Name Registration
• Implement and develop in-house computer software/hardware training sessions
• Client web seminar support (development, troubleshoot, maintenance)
