Mr. Douglas Wolfire, president of MadWolf Technologies, has been invited to address the up-coming FFIEC IT Symposium on Free and Open Source Software (FOSS). The overall purpose of the Symposium is to produce a document that describes unique risks with the use of free and open source software by financial institutions or their data processing service providers and how those risks can be mitigated. Mr. Wolfire will present an overview of the Open Source based systems that MWT has written, the client demand and acceptance of such systems and methods used in developing such systems.
