MadWolf Technologies is currently engaged as a subcontractor to Northrop Grumman Mission Systems on a project for the Washington, DC government Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) called DC Net. DC Net is deploying a SONET fiber network interconnecting schools, public buildings, hospitals and libraries in Washington, DC, and plans to offer voice and data services to DC government agencies over this network.

As senior systems engineers, MWT's role on the DC Net project is to manage the specification and deployment of the Operational Support Systems (OSS) that DC Net will use to monitor network elements and provision voice and data services. Among MWT's responsibilities for DC Net are: the preparation of project task lists and bid packages which are subsequently competed for by contractors; the evaluation of OSS component software; and the specification of systems platforms for OSS component software.
