MadWolf Technologies developed from project conception to full, global
implementation—currently running as a distributed system in Washington
DC; Chennai, India; and soon Paris, France—a Service Request Tracking
System, capable of handling over 5,000 emails and phone inquiries a
month. In addition, the system boasts an integrated web-based reporting
system, with fully customizable reports available for authenticated
users, presented via a thin client, leveraging local Excel Objects. The report tool, AIRS, features a base of 12 different reporting types,
ranging from simple column reports through date-driven Cube reports.
- The MadWolf-developed Domino-based Request Tracking Database system
handles phone and email trouble tickets with complete tracking of
communications, hand-offs, and resolutions.
- The system functions with 30 help personnel, runs 24 hours a day, and handles over 5,000 tickets per month.
- The system functions in a distributed environment between Washington DC and Chennai, India.
- Reporting uses the MadWolf AIRS product for quick central web access for authorized users.
MadWolf also hosts the Oracle back-end and database store, as well as supporting and
hosting the web server for the AIRS product. Additional authorized
versions of the system have been propagated through the organizational
structure.
