The WayFinder Process allows leaders and organizations to bring their

Process is a tool for jump-starting collaborative, mediation, and
arbitration processes, developing strategic initiatives, bringing
organizational change, creating learning organizations, and conducting
wisdom dialogues. The WayFinder Process is an open community system for
reaching common ground on contentious issues.
MadWolf Technologies designed The WayFinder Process proprietary system
that is written upon an open-source database, using open source
techniques. The entire project follows a modified version of XP
methodology and encapsulates Test Driven Design philosophy. The project
files include all script code required for regression testing, allowing
it to be easily portable.
