Microsoft Teams Organization Backgrounds
Back in April 2021 Microsoft announced organized-wide custom background images. This feature has now begun preview testing with select customers.

With this feature, Microsoft 365 administrators can upload up to 50 custom backgrounds that can be used throughout on organization. Previously, this was not a feature that administrators could control
For admins to set up this feature, head to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center, click “Meetings,” and then select the “Meeting policies” option from the list. Navigate to the top right corner of the screen and click the “Customize meeting images” button. Finally, enable the “Custom backgrounds” toggle and choose the “Add” option to upload all your images.
This feature will require an Advanced Communications add-on when the feature becomes available in early 2022.
