Show As Options Coming To Microsoft Teams Meetings
Microsoft Teams users will soon be able to choose a Show As status for meetings they organize. Currently the default Show As value for all the meetings an organizer creates is Busy.
As an organizer, while creating the meeting, you will be able to choose a Show As status for the meeting. When participants RSVP, their status during the meeting will automatically reflect the status the organizer set.
As a participant, you can choose to override the status set by the organizer and select your own individual status for the meeting through the Show As menu. The status you have chosen will be reflected in your calendar.
This update is due to begin rollout in late May to June.
