Please note that you may be receiving (if you haven’t already) an invite to join the MadWolf business Uber account. Please be sure to accept this invite and add the business profile to your app so you can use the account for any MadWolf travel that you may need to undertake.
You are required to send an email to accounting@madwolf.com for any trips that you take on this business account, detailing the client/site that you are traveling to. It should go without stating that you are not to use this business Uber profile for any personal travel.
You should also note that Jackson will be handling distribution of Metro cards to staff that my need them for onsite visits and other meetings. Please note that you are required to register this card with the SmartTrip website and provide reports of your travel history upon any request to have the card reloaded.
