The Praise app in Microsoft Teams is designed to help recognize the effort that goes into the wide-ranging, collaborative work that Teams users do. Users can send Praise to their colleagues through the messaging extension pinned to the Teams messaging bar for most users or through the Microsoft Viva Insights app in Teams. With Praise history, users will be able to view their sent and received praise over the past six months.
Users will now be able to identify the key moments in a video using "Viewership Retention" chart. For users who create videos for colleagues to view in Microsoft Stream, the latest update will give you new viewer insight information
Coming to public preview, you will soon see an updated user experience in the Information barriers solution within the Microsoft 365 compliance center. This update includes new landing pages for Segments and Policies
Currently available in public preview, this release adds support for large cases in Advanced eDiscovery, which increases the total amount of content that can be managed in a single Advanced eDiscovery case to 1TB. This feature accommodates this increase in case size in response to time-sensitive, high-volume regulatory requests, investigations, and litigation in modern day regulated organizations.

Apple has security patches for iOS 15.0.2 and iPadOS 15.0.2, for all compatible iPhones and iPads. This patch addresses a zero-day vulnerability (CVE-2021-30883).
Included in the 71 updates, Microsoft Patch Tuesday will include patches for 4 Zero-Day vulnerabilities.
In addition to the Zero-Day vulnerabilities, this Microsoft update patches a number of other vulnerabilities and 3 critical flaws, one in MSWord and 2 in Hyper-V, which enabled remote code execution if executed.
Microsoft 365 is the heart of many organizations which is why the platform has seen an ever-increasing amount of cyberattacks. To combat this issue, M365 Administrators regularly run internal phishing campaigns to train users how to avoid falling victim to such attacks. To assist, Microsoft is now providing a custom phishing landing page where targeted users are notified that they fell prey to a phishing simulation.
